Chris Gbandi scored a goal in the first half and Darin Lewis sealed the win in the 86th minute to give Connecticut a 2-0 victory over Creighton for the 2000 Men's College Cup Championship. Gbandi was the most oustanding defensive player, while Lewis was the most oustanding offensive player.
