Nebraska defeated Stanford 3-1. The Cornhuskers dropped the first game, but rallied to win the next three, led by Sarah Pavan and Jordan Larson∆s combined 41 kills. The game was held at the Qwest Center in Omaha, and Nebraska became the first host school since 1991 to win the national title.
