Nebraksa defeated Stanford 3-1. The Cornhuskers dropped the first game, but rallied to win the next three, led by Sarah Pavan and Jordan Larson?s combined 41 kills. The game was held at the Qwest Center in Omaha, and Nebraska became the first host school since 1991 to win the national title.
