How do I track my order?
In order to track your order, you must be signed in to the NCAA On Demand web site. Once signed in, you can simply click on your username at the top of any page to see your order status.
Are the DVDs available for sale game broadcasts or highlights?
We offer both. Most of the DVDs are copies of the game broadcast, but there are some highlights. When a DVD is just a highlight video, it is described as such in the title and/or description of the DVD.
I am interested in a DVD that is listed as “Pre-Order DVD”, what does this mean?
It means that the DVD has not been produced yet. By clicking on the “Pre-Order DVD” button and completing the form, you are telling NCAA On Demand of your interest in that specific DVD. The production of new DVDs is based on the number of requests we receive through this process.
What types of games do you have available?
Currently, we have only games from NCAA championships. Very soon we will be adding additional collegiate sports content.
How do I find the game I am looking for?
There are two ways to find games. You can search by entering any combination of school, year and sport into the NCAA On Demand search bar on each page. Or, you can browse by sport from the upper right of the home page. Once you select a sport you can further filter the results by choosing schools or year.
I am looking for the DVD of a NCAA championship that just happened. It was broadcast on TV. Can I get it on DVD?
Once we have received and confirmed the quality of the master tapes enabling production of a DVD, NCAA On Demand will make that game available for pre-order.
I am looking for the DVD of a NCAA championship that just happened. It was streamed over the Internet. Can I get it on DVD?
Some, but not all, of the NCAA championships that were streamed over the Internet will become available on DVD. Generally, the file that is used for Internet viewing is not of a high enough quality to produce a DVD; however, some games are also captured at a high enough quality to produce a DVD. If a game is of a high enough quality, NCAA On Demand will make that game available for pre-order.
I am looking for the DVD of a NCAA championship that happened years ago. Can I get it on DVD?
All games that are currently in the NCAA Championship Collection are listed with NCAA On Demand. There are select games that are not currently listed because of technical issues. Once these technical issues are resolved we will make those titles available.
I am looking for a DVD of a recent non-conference/conference regular season game. Do you have it available?
At this time, we do not have any regular season games available on DVD. Your best source for possibly getting a DVD of the regular season game is to contact the conference or host school directly.
For what reasons can I return a title?
You may return your purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:
- We sent you the wrong title
- The DVD you received is physically defective
- The content is substantially different from what was advertised
- The DVD will not play in your DVD player (visit www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers for compatibility information)
Requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any other reasons than those listed above will not be accepted.
How long do I have to contact NCAA On Demand about returning my purchase?
We will issue a RMA to you if you contact us within 2 weeks from the date that you received your shipment.
What if I send in a title without an RMA?
Any returns sent to NCAA On Demand without receiving a prior RMA will be returned to the sender unopened.

We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping when you send us your
return. NCAA On Demand will not be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do not use a traceable method to ship your return.
What if my DVD will not work in my DVD player?
Some older model DVD players may not properly read DVDs that are made with the latest recording methods. Prior to purchasing titles from NCAA On Demand, we strongly suggest that you review the compatibility information at www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers to see whether or not your DVD player will play our DVDs. If your player won’t play a title that you ordered, we’ll accept a return of the DVD.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards associated with these institutions are also welcome. If you are paying with a MasterCard debit card, simply select MasterCard from the pull down menu on the order form. For Visa debit cards, select Visa.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
Both domestic and international shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and are calculated at check-out. Typically the cost to domestically ship a single DVD is $3.00. The total shipping cost for an order will always be given at cart checkout time for review.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I expedite my order so that I can receive it sooner?
We produce DVDs once they have been purchased. This fulfillment process takes a few days, so we are not able to expedite any orders faster than the normal delivery process.
To what locations will you ship my order?
NCAA On Demand only ships to customers in the United States and Canada at this time.
What methods can I choose for shipping?
US shipments are via USPS Priority Mail; Canadian shipments are sent USPS Global Priority.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, provided your order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will be charged a restocking fee of $3.00 per disc.
You may return a purchased disc in either opened or unopened condition via the following procedure if it meets any of the following criteria:
- We sent you the wrong item
- The disc you received is physically defective or will not play in your player
To return a disc, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within two weeks from the date you received your disc. Requests for an RMA for any other reason than those listed above or outside this time frame will not be accepted.
Please e-mail support@ncaaondemand.com with the following information to request a RMA:
- Your name
- Phone Number
- Order number
- Description of the reason for your return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Any returns sent to NCAA On Demand without receiving a prior RMA cannot be processed and may be returned to the sender unopened.
At no additional charge to you, we will replace a wrong item with the correct item, or replace any defective or unplayable disc with a new disc. Other returns will be charged a re-stocking and handling fee of $5.00 per disc.
